This event rocked last year–don’t miss it! • 2/28 Wednesday 5 – close: North Country Barrel-aged Cider Tap-Takeover featuring: – Berry Brett – Aged in Woodford Reserve with Blackberries, Blueberries and Brett. – Cranbarrel – Aged in Rum barrels for 8 months with Cranberries. – Winter Rye – Aged in Flag Hill Rye Whiskey Barrels for 4 months. – Old Forrest – Aged in 7 yr old Woodford Reserve Barrels for 6 Months. – Double Down – Aged in Woodford Reserve Barrels for 5 months with a blend of their seasonal ciders. • 3/1 Thursday 4 – close: CASK BEER! Come and taste beer the way it used to be served, some say the way it should be served, at cellar temp with little carbonation poured from a little keg called a firkin or a cask. We’ll be featuring Ghetto Defiant, our oatmeal stout, specially dosed with some gourmet chocolate! • 3/2 Friday All Damn Day: FUNKY FRIDAY!: We’ll be putting on some of our sours and barrel-aged beauts that we’ve been aging for this special week including our annual batch of Sour Puss Flanders red, Ghost Schip our koelschipped rye tripel and some funky guests brews too! • 3/3 Saturday 2 – 6pm: BOCKFEST@ Liar’s Bench: We’re joining the west-end’s bock-focused brewfest this year with our Altmarzenbock gruit!
